We aim to send out your order with in 1 working day (except Wednesday to Thursday as we close on Thursdays) on receipt of the order and payment. If we are out of stock we will let you know when your order will be ready and you have the right to cancel if you do not want to wait and a full refund will be given. We will email you once your parcel has left and give you the tracking details if possible.
We use a courier with next day delivery for zone A and 2 days for zone B and C see postage rates for more details. Also please allow a few days longer in busy times for delivery, we can start a claim after 21 days for non delivery. If your delivery has not arrived or is damaged please email within 7 days or call us on 01242 232426 so we can sort this out for you as soon as possible.
If for some reason your order gets returned to us, bad address no one in or you refuse the deliver we will refund any moneys to you less all the postage costs incurred by us for the return (the postage you pay has been discounted) Total postage cost are £13.45 for zone A. £22.15 for zone B and £30.85 for zone C
Your right to cancel and return goods are protected under the CONSUMER CONTRCTS REGULATIONS June 2014 (the new distance selling regulations). You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund including any postage you paid within 14 days. You must inform us in writing via email and then a full refund will be made on receipt of the goods being returned. Under this regulation perishable goods are NOT covered, this means the Foresters Arms Ales beer kits are NOT covered and are NON RETURNABLE but every thing else is. E.g. If a starter kit for £77.00 plus £3.95 postage is ordered then cancelled a refund of £48.95 will be given within 7 days of the goods being received back. You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the insurance to cover the value of the goods.
All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate. Our VAT number is 484 7565 96.
At the present time we only accept Paypal for payments. If or when we start accepting card payments we will fully comply with the Card industry Security Standards.

Complaints and Claims Procedure
We take all complaints seriously and deal with them fairly. All complaints are to be made by email and are aim is to respond within 1 working day apart from Thursdays as we are closed, we will then try and resolve any problems as soon as we can.
If for any reason you have to make a claim non delivery or for damaged goods please email us with as much information as possible with photographs within 7 days. All GLASSWARE is not guaranteed, NO claims for damages will be given.
We are totally committed to protecting your privacy; we only share your address details with our courier to enable delivery. We do not share your details with any other third parties. We will only email you relating to your order and we will email all our customers detailing when the site will be down for our holiday.
