The limited Edition beers are beers which are inspired by some of my favourite beers; we also use different techniques. We have found that adding hops at different times during the boil, steeping after the boil and single or double dry hopping in the fermenter all makes for a more complex beer.
We also make some beers stronger with either more malt extract or just brewing sugar; some beers are better drier so this is when the brewing sugar is added. If a fuller and sweeter beer is wanted then malt extract will be used.
These beers are limited due to the ingredients; we will only get enough hops and grains to produce a certain amount and when they have gone there gone so keep an eye on the web site or facebook for when the new ones will be out.
